Overview of the different subscription plan options

We offer different plan options to suit your needs.

  1. Individual (1 user seat)

  2. Team (5 user seats)

  3. Enterprise (10 user seats)

All of our subscription plans are offered on an annual basis. Clients must pay for the entire subscription (prepay 12 months) in advance.

Team and Enterprise

Our Team and Enterprise plan options have more features. Reach out to our sales team if you are interested in scheduling a demo at sales@symplur.com.

Payment Options

For our Team and Enterprise customers, we offer invoicing options.

Upgrade

If you would like to upgrade from the Team to the Enterprise plan, please reach out to our sales team at sales@symplur.com. We do not allow immediate or prorated downgrades. Downgrades must happen at the end of the billing cycle.

Individual Account Plan

The Individual Account plan is a self-serve plan option. You can purchase the Individual plan (1 user seat or license) on our website. If you prefer, you can also schedule a demo with our sales team before purchasing.

Payment Options

We only accept credit card payments for the Individual Account plan.

Receipts

Each time you are charged for a subscription, you will receive an automatic invoice or receipt to the email address used to register for a Symplur account.

Renewal/Cancellation

The receipt email contains a unique link to billingportal.com, where you can manage your subscription. Also, three days before the renewal of your subscription, you will receive an automatic email with a unique link where you can cancel the subscription.

Upgrade

To upgrade from the Individual Account plan to the Team or Enterprise plan at any point in time, reach out to your client success manager or our sales team at sales@symplur.com. We will provide the prorated charges, if applicable. However, we do not allow immediate or prorated downgrades. Downgrades must happen at the end of the billing cycle.


Healthcare Hashtag Project

The Healthcare Hashtag Project (HHP) is a free open platform for patient advocates, caregivers, doctors, and other providers that connects them to relevant conversations and communities. You can access the platform for free.
