You can add your own custom tags to any tweet, forum post, or article in your dashboard.

The tagging feature enables workflows like reporting on tweets, forums, or articles relating to specific topics like clinical trial discussions, brand sentiment, adverse events, or just simply for you to save something for later retrieval.

How to Tag a Tweet, Forum Post, or Article

  1. To tag a tweet, forum post, or article, hover over the post and click on the 'tag' icon.

  2. Select a tag from the list and save.

  3. If no tags are available or to add your own customized tag, click on the '+ Create New Tag' button to select a custom color and enter a unique name.

  4. Simply click on it again, unselect, and save to remove the tag.

To access and view the tagged items from all your dashboards, click on 'Bookmarks' in the menu section.
