There is the remote possibility of discovering a tweet that is discussing what could be seen as a potential adverse event related to a medication being used. If you are working in a regulated industry, like in the pharmaceutical sector, and such a tweet were to present itself, you may be required to report that. Symplur Signals makes it easy to do so.

An adverse event can be “tagged” using a unique label like “Potential Adverse Event”, and automatically saved under the “Tagged Items” tab found on the far right of the Home Screen view. Tagged tweets can be filtered for those sharing a common tag, and then exported to a CSV file where they can be passed on for reporting purposes.

Watch the following short video that walks through the process of tagging a tweet as a “Potential Adverse Event”.
